  * Team upload.
  * Skip t/81_scanimage-perl.t during build and autopkgtests.
    This test calls `scanimage` and tends to time out. (Closes: #869318)
  * Drop test dependency on sane-utils.
    Needed only for the skipped t/81_scanimage-perl.t.
  * Also skip t/options.t. It tries to access the network.
  * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.7.4.
  * Remove «Rules-Requires-Root: no», which is the current default.
  * Remove «Priority: optional», which is the current default.
