  * Move liblinux-termios2-perl from Recommends to Suggests.
    liblinux-termios2-perl is not built on all architectures, thus causing
    autopkgtest failures when required via Recommends.
  * Add empty debian/tests/pkg-perl/syntax-skip to run alle autopkgtests.
