  * Fix lag when dragging the transparency setting in Control
    Center window effects by filtering QGSettings change handling
    in qtwidgets.
  * Simplify debian/rules:
    - Drop the temporary QMAKEPATH/qmake-env workaround for the
      qt_lib_libatomic.pri module.
    - Remove the matching dh_auto_clean override for deleting the
      generated qmake-env directory.
    - Let dh_auto_configure drive qmake6 so dpkg-buildflags LDFLAGS,
      including bindnow, are propagated to QMAKE_LFLAGS.
  * Add Salsa CI integration files:
    - Add debian/gbp.conf for git-buildpackage branch and pristine-tar
      settings.
    - Add debian/salsa-ci.yml to enable the standard Salsa CI pipeline.
  * Update Debian packaging metadata:
    - Point Vcs-Git and Vcs-Browser to the Salsa repository.
    - Add copyright information for debian/* packaging files.
    - Fix the upstream Bug-Database URL in debian/upstream/metadata.
  * Update debian/watch to use @PACKAGE@, @ANY_VERSION@ and
    @ARCHIVE_EXT@ placeholders.
  * Update Standards-Version to 4.7.4 (no changes required).
  * Bump debhelper compat level to 14.
