    the package fails to build twice in a row:
    
    dpkg-source: info: local changes detected, the modified files are:
     liblocale-xgettext-perl-0.7/t/-
    dpkg-source: error: aborting due to unexpected upstream changes, see /tmp/liblocale-xgettext-perl_0.7-1.diff.IhA7it
    
    some test creates t/-, and the upstream build system fails to remove this
    created file. so we hand it to dh_clean via debian/clean
