  * New upstream version 1.3.0.3+dfsg
  * d/control:
    + Drop the redundant Priority field, which defaults to optional now
    + Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4
  * Do not verify the signature of the upstream tarball.
    The upstream author uses a 1024-bit DSA key to sign the tarball.
    This algorithm is deprecated, so the signature verification fails with
    gosop and sqop, although it still works with sopv-gpgv. For details,
    see Bug #1124033. We will apply the following changes until the
    situation changes at the upstream level:
    + debian/upstream/signing-key.asc: Delete file
    + debian/watch: Drop Pgpsigurlmangle
  * d/copyright: Reflect upstream changes
  * Drop patches (applied upstream):
    + d/p/newline-latex-rsbtest.patch
    + d/p/no-omp-h-include-as-extern-c.patch
  * d/t/control: Depend on pkgconf instead of deprecated pkg-config
