  * New upstream release.
  * Drop the following patches:
    - fix-big-endian-build.patch
    - hide-internal-symbols.patch
    - run-tests.patch
  * debian/patches/revert-soname-change.patch:
    - Update for this release. Upstream bumped the soname again, this time
      from 9 to 18, but this does not affect the Debian package so we can
      revert it.
  * debian/copyright:
    - Update copyright years.
  * debian/libspectrum8.symbols:
    - Update symbols.
  * debian/control:
    - Remove redundant fields: 'Rules-Requires-Root: no' and
      'Priority: optional'.
    - Update Standards-Version to 4.7.3 (no changes needed).
