  * Update to the latest upstream commit.
  * Update build dependecies: remove ALSA, Protobuf, YASM; add OpenH264.
  * Update patches to match latest snapshot.
    - Remove Backport-to-stable-libvpx.patch
    - Remove no longer needed Unbundle-libSRTP.patch
  * Add dependency on the libabsl runtime package.
    - Thus, the static library can be automatically rebuilt in transitions
      because depends on definite soversion. (Closes: #1113908)
