  * Use debputy's X-Style: black.
  * Add the year 2025 to my debian/* copyright notice.
  * Declare compliance with Policy 4.7.1 with no changes.

    - use the recipes/debian CI definition
    - honor the .gitattributes file in the Salsa CI jobs
    - raise the test timeout even further: 10 -> 50 minutes
  * Force the .tar.gz download, it is the only signed one.
