  * Team upload.
  * Include the Lua 5.3 documentation into the liblua5.3-dev package
    (closes: #843306).
  * Do not build the liblua5.3-0-dbg package. Use liblua5.3-0-dbgsym and
    lua5.3-dbgsym instead (closes: #1050988).
  * Switch to libtoolize from libtool-bin, which makes cross-compiling
