  * New upstream version 4.30.0
    - Fixes the error in the German gzip(1). (Closes: #1130506)
    - New patch: Translate strings to build two manpages for Macedonian.
      Otherwise, not a single manpage for Macedonian would be built,
      resulting in an empty binary package. This is a minimal fix
      to avoid that.
  * Remove Priority: optional from d/control
  * Remove Rules-Requires-Root from d/control
  * Update Standards-Version to 4.7.3
  * Update d/copyright
  * Update lintian overrides
