massxpert3 (10.5.8-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Use the sequence purification mechanism when pasting in the sequence
    editor a sequence that contains invalid characters or invalid monomer
    codes (update the ).

  * Abandon daps-based user manual build as DocBook-based documentation
    is fragilized by unmaintained upstream software projects. The
    user  manual is now produced in PDF only form using Typst (Closes:#1149435).

  * Remove daps and docbook dependencies.

  * Fix the AboutDlg documentation links to hide the links that point to the
    HTML-formatted rendering of the Typst-based user manual.
