  * Fixed a FTCBFS clean failure by updating clean rules to remove generated
    files. Thanks to Helmut Grohne <helmut@subdivi.de>. Consequently:
      - debian/clean: added new files.
      - debian/rules: added an override to dh_auto_clean.
      - Closes: #1058726
  * debian/control:
      - Bumped Standards-Version to 4.7.3.
      - Removed no longer needed "Priority: optional" field.
      - Removed no longer needed "Rules-Requires-Root: no" field.
  * debian/copyright:
      - Converted the last paragraph of the GPL-2+ in a comment.
      - Updated packaging copyright years.
