    Using Ctrl+Scroll zooms while maintaining the location where the mouse
    is pointing during the zoom.
    
    I had to disable animation for zooming as it caused "wobbly" motion and
    the rounding errors caused unexpected panning too.
    
    I also had to rewrite a bit the next zoom level logic.
