mksh (59c-43) unstable; urgency=low

  * Explicitly B-D on bsdutils despite Priority: required
  * Add /usr/lib/$DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH/bin/mksh-g binary which is a
    debug build of mksh (with /bin/sh kludges and printf builtin),
    also built using ASan/UBSan (where available), so end users
    can debug some things more easily
  * Force musl to embed GNU build-id (for dbgsym matching)

    reduce amount of compile+link-time tests for ASan
    
    based on build logs of sid, my PPA, and my wtf repo
    
    also only add libubsan if actually in use

    add -Wl,--no-relax to mksh-g on wheezy/trusty and up
    
    reason: “relax” performs extra optimisations that…
    - may break debugging
    - make linking on riscv64 *really* slow
    
    (over 7½ minutes vs. 2¾ seconds, vs. 1 second without
     -static-libasan -static-libubsan and ½ second without
     any ASan/UBSan at all)
