  * Add support for loongarch64 (Closes: #1061135)
  * Upload to experimental because binary packages uploaded to unstable that
    go through NEW get discarded, but we need the newly bootstrapped binaries
    to persist so that buildds can successfully build mlton
  * Set ram-slop to 0.5 to avoid overloading buildds
