    Drop integration with GitLab CI/CD
    
    Without anyone to actually maintain this integration, sadly its
    usefulness is not enough compared to the noise related not to packaging
    problems, but GitLab/Salsa problems.
    
    This integration can be restored, but only by someone joining the Mono
    Team in the process and maintaining GitLab/Salsa integration long-term.
