  * Add comment in debian/watch to explain why the watch file no longer
    works.
  * Add new Vcs-* fields in debian/control.
  * Remove Suggests: mpg321 (instead of replacing it with mpg123) since it
    seems to be completely unused (Closes: #1067879).
  * Update Standards-Version to 4.6.2 (no changes needed).
