    d/control: suggest atril instead of evince
    
    evince is marked for autoremoval from testing (RC bugs #1127487,
    #1127935) and in unstable it is already the GTK4/libadwaita 49~alpha
    rewrite. atril, the GTK3 MATE fork, is what the Cinnamon stack now
    depends on for document viewing, so suggest that one here too.
