  * neurodebian-archive-keyring:  Provide a new RSA archive key in
    addition (for compat with elderly systems) to elderly systems.
    Newer archives are dual-signed. Older one will be deprecated in a bit.
  * minor other compatibility issues addressed in the website.

    We now install it explicitly for the sake of documentation. And load it

      act -j test -v --matrix 'os:ubuntu-22.04' --matrix 'python:3.10'
    
    on reproman locally was stalling.  Adding those -y seems has helped
