  * d/salsa-ci.yml: New file
  * d/control:
    + Drop the redundant Priority field, which defaults to optional now
    + Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.3
  * Compile documentation in place.
    These changes are necessary for building the package against dh-octave
    version 1.14 or later, which build add-on packages from the packed
    ta+rball.
    + d/rules: Run the configure script before building the info and html files
    + d/s/options: Ignore files generated by the configure script
