  * Add patch to interpret LSB initscripts with openrc-run. This ensures
    state is updated correctly and rc-status output is accurate (Closes:
    #1119659).
  * d/copyright: remove old FSF address (lintian).
  * d/control:
    - Bump Standards Version (drop Priority: optional).
    - drop 'R³: no' now it is the default.
