  * Drop the obsolete libcurl4-openssl-dev build dependency. Thanks to
    Michał Trojnara for spotting this! Closes: #1128217.
  * Apply upstream patch to avoid relying on OpenSSL data structure
    internals. This allows building with OpenSSL 4.0. Closes: #1138486.
  * Standards-Version 4.7.4, no change required.
