  * Team upload

  [ Pascal Hambourg ]
  * Enable LVM for the small_disk recipe as well. This allows to use
    (encrypted) LVM via that recipe.
  * Add a 16MiB reserved partition to arm64 recipes, to reserve space for
    the U-Boot bootloader on arm64. Closes: #1078871.
  * Disable partition reuse when choosing recipes on entire disks. Should be
    enabled only when partitioning in free space. Otherwise it might result
    in undersized partitions or failure to create partitions.

  * Disable cap-ram by default; with the new server partitioning schemes
    there should be no longer a need to have it enabled by default.
