    Handle mouse button events by the top widget instead of the window
    
    Apparently, Wayland treats the window decorations as part of the window.
    I'd call it a bug, but maybe it's part of the CSD opera. So
    dragging/resizing WM events came to us prior to this change, effectively
    making the windows unresponsible to these WM actions.
