    Don't override collector.netdev.device-exclude default
    
    Since the device-exclude flag is mutually exclusive with the
    device-include flag, setting a non-empty default for the device-exclude
    is confusing for users when they attempt to specify a device-include
    flag.
    
    Despite the fact that network metrics for loopback interfaces are
    generally of little consequence, the few extra metrics that this will
    add are also insignificant in the context of the hundreds of other
    metrics exposed by node_exporter.
