  * Revert "unconditionally-define-PSYCH_NOLM.patch: new."
    Due to failure to reproduce the build issue in loong64 emulation, this
    change was thought fixing the situation, which was not the case.
    Upstream pointed out there are additional problems which require
    removal of this patch.
  * no-pagesize-for-decision-making.patch: new.
    This is an upstream provided patch for resolution of -lLexActivator
    link errors affecting certain architectures such as loong64.
