  * We no longer rely upon gcc-13 to build. Closes: #1141072 .

    - d/rules: no longer call "echo 'gcc-13 -O2 -g' >conf-cc" but call
      "echo 'gcc -std=c90 -O2 -D_BSD_SOURCE -g' >conf-cc": we no longer rely
      on gcc-13, but tell current gcc to use ancient standards.
    - d/control: drop gcc-13 from Build-Depends.
  * d/get-publicfile-docs: fix: not just /var/lib/publicfile/doc/publicfile
    but also /var/lib/publicfile/doc needs to be owned by $USER.
  * d/update-publicfile-contenttype: fix: add missing "cd
    /etc/publicfile/mime".
  * d/autoindex/update-ad1810-autoindex: we now skip .git/: don't help LLM
    webscraping bots.
  * d/TODO: add more stuff to do: honor CPPFLAGS in order to properly use
    the blhc hardened build check on salsa.
