puppet (6.16.0-1) experimental; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Switch to upstream tag based packaging.
  * Managed patches for this new release:
    - rewrote fix-path patch from scratch.
    - removed now not needed patches.
    - rebased what was needed.
    - re-numbered/renamed patches to have some kind of logic.
  * Ran wrap-and-sort -bastk.
  * Do not install config.ru and example-passenger-vhost.conf, they gone from
    upstream sources.
  * Kill the puppetmaster transition package after the Buster release.
  * Add runtime depends: ruby-concurrent.
  * Kill puppetmaster-passenger transition package.
  * Make puppet-master and puppet-master-passenger transition packages to the
    puppet-server package.
  * Add myself as uploader.
  * Move the package to puppet-agent repo in Salsa (fixed VCS URLs).
