  * Team upload.
  * Package flexi_logger 0.29.8 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.2
  * Fix autopkgtests (previously all tests were skipped)
    + Remove dev-dependency on cond-sync crate and disable tests that depend
      on it.
    + Replace dev depdency on temp-dir crate which is not in Debian with
      tempfile crate.
    + Establish baseline for which test configurations are expected to pass.
