  * Team upload.
  * Package rangemap 1.7.1 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.3 (Closes: #1141810)
  * Establish a set of tests that can be reasonablly run in Debian
    (previously all tests were skipped)
    + Disable proptest tests, the crate seems to have an issue which stops them
      building with newer versions of proptest.
    + Use criterion 0.5
    + Disable benches
    + Disable tests which rely on the permutate crate, which is not in Debian.
    + Use rand 0.10.
