  * Team upload.
  * Package ratatui 0.30.2 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.3
  * Update patches for new upstream.
  * Remove old breaks referencing versions prior to stable.
  * Stop setting test_architectures, riscv tests are now reduced by default.
  * Disable newly added "termina" backend, the termina and ratatui-termina
    crates are not in Debian.
  * Add a dev-dependency on critical-section with the std feature enabled
    to avoid link errors in tests.
