sa-exim (4.2.1-20) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Rebuild against current exim4 (Closes: #981398).
  * Upgrade to Debhelper compat level 12.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.5.1.
  * encoding.patch: Change a single letter in Acknowledgements.html from
    Latin-1 to UTF-8 and add a charset meta tag to sa.html.
  * Leave out redundant Acknowledgements.html from binary package.
  * Add Lintian override for accept.so missing dependency information
    (it's a dummy local_scan plugin that has no dependencies). Drop unused
    virtual-package-depends-without-real-package-depends override.
