  * debian patch implicit_none_PR147_c8f5920.patch applies upstream
    commit c8f5920 from PR#147 to fix xcinv and xzinv tests.
    Reenable the tests on s390x. Closes: #1121932.
  * skip all x*evr (xdsyevr xcheevr xzheevr) on the arches where
    xssyevr times out (hppa hurd-amd64 hurd-i386)
    (xdsyevr times out on hurd-i386, assume problems with the others)
