  * New upstream release
    - applies debian patches fix_tests.patch and no_native_PR235.patch
  * debian patch test_available_solver.patch runs tests using SuperLU
    as PETSc PC solver instead of the default MUMPS if MUMPS is not
    available (e.g. mumps fails to build on hppa, powerpc)
