    Switch to Breaks instead of Conflicts for library package
    
    No reason to use a Conflicts here; the Breaks/Replaces combo covers the
    fact we share files with the older package and is a less onerous
    requirement.

    Rename libsgutils2-2 package to include package version
    
    Thanks to an upstream change the soname of the libsgutils library now
    includes the package version. Rename our binary package to indicate this
    so we can properly handle library transitions in future.
