  * Salvage package (Closes: #1077888).
  * Rebuild with dh-elpa 2.1.5 (Closes: #1077122).
  * Add Vcs links.
  * Drop Enhances versioned emacs, because emacs was unversioned several
    releases ago.
  * Drop version constraint for Recommends, because this version has also been
    fulfilled since at least oldoldstable.
  * Use secure links in d/copyright.
  * Assert Rules-Requires-Root: no.
  * Declare Standards-Version 4.7.0 (no changes required).
