smlnj (110.99.9-5) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Fix the powerpc build properly (the -3 and -4 attempts only got the
    architecture detection right; the runtime itself did not compile):
    + patch 0011: give FlushICache a return type, since GCC 14 rejects
      implicit int
    + patch 0012: compile the powerpc runtime with -std=gnu99 rather
      than -ansi, and restore signal handling on powerpc/Linux, which
      lost its HAS_UCONTEXT definition when the feature tests were
      reorganized around ARCH_PPC
    Verified by cross-building the runtime and booting the result under
    qemu-ppc: it compiles and runs SML code.
