sumo (1.27.1+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=medium
* New upstream version 1.27.1+dfsg.
* Drop patches merged/obsoleted upstream: python3.patch,
fix_python.patch, 17308.patch.
* Fix PyInt_* (Python 2) API usage in generated TraCI Python wrapper
(Closes: #1144417).
* Fix "fails to build source after successful build": the build
writes binaries and generated Python/SWIG bindings straight into
the source tree (bin/, tools/libsumo/, tools/libtraci/); clean
them up in debian/rules' clean target (Closes: #1045554).
* Switch web wizard from OpenLayers/local jquery to system libjs-
leaflet + libjs-jquery.
* Fix FTBFS in GUILane::updateMesoGUISegments() (origLength used
outside its #ifdef _DEBUG guard).
* Fix reproducible-builds issue: StringUtils::isoTimeString() now
respects SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH, so the "generated on" timestamp
templates.py bakes into netedit's templates.h no longer varies
between builds.
* Also fix the UTC-offset half of isoTimeString(): it read a fresh
wall-clock time() instead of reusing the SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH-pinned
now_c, so debrebuild still saw netedit differ (confirmed: date/time
matched, only the offset did not).
