    d/control: Remove unneeded Build-Depends
    
    Update the build dependencies following upstream commits:
    
    libcap-dev:
    00dfb768322a ("Remove libcap/prctl artifacts")
    Removed the dependency on libcap, so drop the ``libcap-dev`` B-D
    
    libdbus-1-dev:
    Not sure yet where the dbus B-D got dropped as it was available in the
    CMakeList.txt, but not when converted to meson.build.
    A build without the dbus B-D resulted in the exact same binaries though.
    
    That one of the current maintainers wasn't aware there ever was a B-D on
    dbus or a CMakeLists.txt and he confirmed that the tray functionality is
    now 'handled' through the libsystemd-dev B-D, makes it safe to remove.
    
    libpam0g-dev:
    ab35e0383f56 ("meson: remove unused dependencies")
    Removed the dependency on libpam.
    The libpam functionality was used by swaylock, but that got split out
    into its own upstream project and is packaged separately in Debian and
    that package has a B-D on libpam0g-dev.
    
    libwayland-egl1:
    37e4a3d6370d ("build: drop unused wayland-egl dependency)
    So drop the ``libwayland-egl1`` B-D.

    d/control: Set minimum libxkbcommon BD requirement
    
    2f2cdd60def0 ("input: enable user xkb configs with cap_sys_nice")
    set the minimum required version of libxkbcommon to 1.5.0, so update the
    BD version as well.
