  * debian/rules:
    + Dropped the non-linux bits as they are completely useless
       since clone isn't available either.
    + Include patchsys-quilt.mk
  * debian/control: depend on quilt.
  * use_execvp.patch: search for the executable in PATH (Closes: #503835)
