commit 3edb8dfa31ea95b0523938f18cfd174a1e26e574

Add quiet boot option
grub-installer includes "quiet" in the kernel command line by default,

Fix apt-install invocation
The debian-installer version of apt-install doesn't support
"--allow-remove-essential", the closest thing it has is
"--allow-remove", but that isn't enough to remove an essential package.
So emulate what "apt-install" does, via "in-target" instead.
