  * New upstream release: The Berkenrode Release.
  * Adjust to changes introduced in Debian 13 (trixie): a bare bones trixie
    system does not ship wtmpdb nor last(1):
    - d/control: add wtmpdb to Depends, since we call last(1) in
      /usr/libexec/systraq/dd-last .
    - d/control: add lastlog2 to Depends, since we call lastlog / lastlog2 in
      /usr/libexec/systraq/ee-lastlog .
