  * Drop debian/watch as the upstream is long gone.
  * Rename the library to libtcLex.so.1.2 for Tcl 8 to follow the common
    pattern used for the Tcl extensions.
  * Use the default build flags (closes: #1124907).
  * Bump standards version to 4.7.4.
