  * Fix category for reporting bugs upstream in struct_map.html doc file.
  * Fix sorting links to individual modules in the HTML doc index.
  * Sort the results of glob pattern matches for C headers/sources to
    eliminate this sort of non-reproducibility.
  * Bump the standards version to 4.7.4.
