  * Upstream again delivers signed tar balls.
  * Remove Daniel Glassey <wdg@debian.org> from Uploaders
    (Closes: #1139800).
  * We are back on salsa, activate Salsa CI.
  * Lintian stuff / overrides; d/watch Version 5, etc.
  * teckit does not explicitly depend on "libteckit0 (= ${binary:Version})",
    leave that job to dh_shlibdeps.
