  * Remove trailing white space from scripts/dh_installtex
    (Closes: #1099660).
  * W: tex-common: old-fsf-address-in-copyright-file
  * In case of a failed fmtutil-sys run, compress the log file and in
    case of piuparts test, display it as base64 encoded to stdout.
  * Bump Standards version, no changes needed.
