  * New upstream release.
    - Drop patch docs-fix-manpage, fixed upstream.
  * Use the upstream method for building the manpage, rather than manually
    building in debian/rules.
  * Pass towncrier_draft_include_empty=0 to sphinxcontrib-towncrier, to avoid
    an empty "unreleased changes" entry being included in the changelog, with
    a varying date (resolves a FTBR).
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4, no changes needed.
