  * New upstream release for UKUI 4.20.
  * Port to Qt6 and KF6 frameworks:
    - debian/control: Update Build-Depends from Qt5/KF5 to Qt6/KF6 packages
      (qt6-base-dev, libkf6windowsystem-dev, qt6-svg-dev, etc.).
    - debian/rules: Update QT_SELECT to qt6.
    - debian/rules: Switch build system to qmake6.
  * debian/control:
    - Add libgtest-dev to Build-Depends.
    - Update Depends: remove ukui-media-common, add ukui-panel and versioned
      dependency for ukui-control-center.
    - Remove intltool from Build-Depends.
  * debian/rules:
    - Use DEB_CXXFLAGS_MAINT_APPEND to add '-Wno-error' without overriding
      Debian build flags.
    - Include dpkg default build flags and pass CPPFLAGS/CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS/LDFLAGS
      to qmake6 to enable Debian hardening flags.
    - Add '--ignore-missing-info' to dh_shlibdeps params to fix private
      library linking issues.
