  * New upstream release for UKUI 4.20.
  * Update packaging for the new Qt6 and ukui-quick based codebase:
    - Switch build dependencies from Qt5 to Qt6.
    - Update the package to ship the ukui-quick based panel and widgets.
  * debian/control:
    - Update Build-Depends:
      + Remove Qt5 libraries: qtbase5-dev, libqt5x11extras5-dev,
        libdbusmenu-qt5-dev, etc.
      + Remove direct X11/XCB build dependencies such as libxcb-*,
        libx11-dev and related packages no longer needed in d/control.
      + Add Qt6 libraries: qt6-base-dev, qt6-declarative-dev,
        qt6-wayland-dev, libgsettings-qt6-dev.
      + Add UKUI framework libraries: libukui-quick-dev,
        libukui-search-dev, libukcc-dev.
      + Add libqt6xdg-dev and kwayland-dev.
    - Define new binary packages:
      + Add 'ukui-panel-widgets' to ship default panel widgets.
    - Update Runtime Depends:
      + Add QML dependencies: qml-module-org-ukui-quick-items,
        qml-module-org-ukui-quick-platform.
      + Add ukui-panel-widgets and ukui-widget-system-tray.
  * debian/rules:
    - Simplify build configuration.
    - Remove OS-specific conditional logic (hurd/kfreebsd).
    - Remove old CMake flags (-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE, -DPULL_TRANSLATIONS,
      -DUPDATE_TRANSLATIONS, -DDOM_PLUGIN).
    - Set CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE to RelWithDebInfo.
    - Add override_dh_makeshlibs to disable scripts generation.
