  * Team upload.
  * Remove the unused build dependencies: libkf5archive-dev, libkf5i18n-dev,
    libkf5itemmodels-dev, libkf5kcmutils-dev, libkf5texteditor-dev,
    libkf5threadweaver-dev, and qtbase5-dev.
  * Explicitly disable the PHP import support, which requires the development
    bits of kdev-php which are not available (as not stable):
    - pass -DBUILD_PHP_IMPORT=OFF to cmake to disable it
    - drop the kdevelop-dev build dependency
  * Explicitly disable the API documentation, as it refers to the sources (and
    thus not much of use in binary packages)
    - pass -DBUILD_APIDOC=OFF to cmake
  * Remove breaks/replaces for versions older than what is in Debian Bookworm.
  * CI: update/simplify configuration.
